JACK OF ALL BBQ RUB.
Yes this is the one rub for all meats.
It is a great all-rounder rub which makes light work of flavouring all your favourite meats.
Add Jack of All rub to any meat product before grilling, roasting or smoking.
Ideally pairs with smoking chips such as pecan, cherry, and hickory.
How To Use:
Apply the rub evenly all over meat and place in a covered food container.
Place container in refrigerator for at least one hour before cooking.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high heat.
Apply a second coat of rub if desired just prior to cooking.
When hot, grill steak to your chosen cooked state.
Check the internal temperature of the steak using a meat thermometer.
Cooked Beef Temperatures:
Blue 50°C
Rare 55°- 60°C
Medium rare 60°– 65°C
Medium 65°– 70°C
Medium well done 70°- 75°C
Well done 75°- 80°C
Always allow steak to rest for a few minutes before serving.
